TradeFacts.io now serves the full Canadian Customs Tariff alongside the US HTS schedule. One API key, one schema, both sides of the border.

What’s included

The Canada dataset is the official 2026 CBSA tariff schedule: 22,461 records covering all 99 chapters. Every record includes the MFN rate, the General Tariff rate, unit of measure, and all 23 preferential rate columns. The column most teams are watching right now is UST — the United States Tariff, which is the preferential rate applied to US-origin goods under CUSMA/USMCA.

The endpoints

Canada endpoints mirror the US HTS endpoints and use the same authentication:

The UST filter endpoint is particularly useful right now. Query ?rate=Free to get every Canadian tariff line where US goods enter duty-free, or filter by a specific rate to surface exactly where duties apply.

What’s coming next

The base CBSA schedule is what we’re shipping today. Canada has also issued retaliatory surtax notices that apply on top of MFN rates for certain US-origin goods — those are published as separate CBSA notices, not embedded in the main schedule file. We’re building the surtax overlay layer now: it will appear as an additional field on affected records so your application can surface the true landed duty rate without parsing government notices manually.

Pricing

Canada is available on Tier 2 ($299/month, US + Canada) and Tier 3 ($399/month, US + Canada + webhooks). The 30-day free trial covers all endpoints including Canada.
